  •  Entrance Door leading to open plan living space with   integrated appliances including full size Fridge Freezer, Gas   cooker including oven & hob.
  • Plenty of storage cupboards and worktop space.
  • Dining area, with table and chairs.
  • Lounge area with plenty of seating, including sofa bed. Gas Fire with electric point for TV above. French Doors leading to the front decking area.
  • Main Bedroom with Double bed, with under storage and overhead storage above and bedside cabinets. Dressing area with vanity unit with mirror above and wardrobe. En-suite Toilet with wash hand basin.
  • 1 Twin Bedrooms with wardrobe.
  • Main Family Bathroom with good sized shower wash hand basin with pedestal and mirrored cupboard above.
  • Outside there is a full wrap around deck and designated parking.

Season 1st March – 31st December
Site Fees: £6680 (pro rata payable on takeover)
Licence agreement to 7.5.2033  and park will then review.
Letting is allowed
