The Holiday Park

Set within 23 acres of woodland in a secluded valley near Whitby, Grouse Hill Caravan Park is a long‑established, family‑run destination known for its peaceful setting and loyal community of returning visitors. With seasonal touring pitches and a reputation built since 1976, the park offers a calm, familiar environment that many guests return to year after year.

Alongside the touring park, there’s a small, carefully developed owners‑only holiday home area with just 18 static plots in total. Due to high demand, further development is planned for the future. Most plots are already privately owned, which means availability of brand‑new holiday homes is extremely limited. Many of the current owners first discovered Grouse Hill while touring and were drawn back by the tranquillity and setting of the park and the appeal of a more permanent home‑from‑home.
