We have a fully managed service, whereby we gather the details of your holiday home from you, including photographs and a video and put together an advert, which we promote on our website, plus other online selling platforms.

Negotiations on Your Behalf

We won’t stop marketing and pushing your ad and work hard to try and achieve a sale. We are available 7 days a week, so that we don’t miss any opportunities from potential buyers. We deal with all the enquiries on your behalf and support you every step of the way. We are also able to negotiate for you if you wish.

Giving You Options

We are also able to look at other options for you if selling sited isn’t your preferred choice. Selling your holiday home to an off site buyer is generally a straightforward process and we can assist you free of charge in this area.

Starter Package

A simple, low-cost listing of your holiday home on our website.
£ 60
  • We will create a basic listing with effective content and ensure that all the relevant information about your holiday home and the park is included.
  • Listed on our website for 1 month, with options to extend or upgrade to premium for the difference already paid.
  • We will act as the first point of contact, referring over any potential buyers who request further information or a viewing.
  • No final selling fee.

Premium Package

Our full-service option with extended reach & ongoing support.
£ 240
  • Everything included within our starter package, with the addition of a more detailed and comprehensive listing.
  • Your holiday home will be listed on our website and additional platforms including our social media pages and our 11,000+ member Facebook group.
  • No time limit - your listing stays live with us until it is sold.
  • Ongoing support and guidance throughout the process.
  • A final selling fee of £600 applies if sold sited on your behalf.
  • Optional extras are available including photography and drone footage, subject to availability.
