Debbie was very helpful in giving us advice and sourcing a buyer for our caravan. She dealt with everything from speaking to our caravan site owner to arrange collection to arranging deposit and then payment from the buyer. FANTASTIC SERVICE. I was going to sell my 4 Van's back to the sites as I thought that was my only option. Then received a message from Debbie saying i can sell offsite and she will do the hard work for me. I managed to get 9k more than the sites were offering which I was really happy about. Debbie is fantastic at what she does. We've never sold a caravan before and her advice and pricing was so honest and genuine from the first time we spoke. We had dealt with a few traders before Debbie and i have to say, she is the most genuine of them all and got the best deal possible for us. The procedure of making the final sale and arrangements for the removal of our caravan from the park was first class. Simplky cannot fault Debbie's customer service or personal touch in keeping us updated from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

I sold my static caravan through this agency and the service was fantastic. The park where my static was sited were not very supportive and therefore I looked for other sales options. Debbie found me a buyer at a very agreeable price. She kept in touch all through the sales process and hauliers etc. She paid a deposit up front and the money was transferred promptly when the hauliers turned up to take it away. Emails and texts were answered promptly. Debbie runs a very professional service. Highly recommended. Thank you

Knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic to the many hurdles we tries to jump whilst trying to sell our van. Well, it's been a long and gruelling slog for Debbie at Caravan Agency.. She was tasked in sourcing us a caravan back in Autumn 2022. Now, I didn't know what we wanted nor did I know where we wanted it... coupled with some serious doubts on ownership (on my behalf, not my partners) I stole a lot of Debbie's time and expertise throughout the Winter and Spring and after eight or so months, we have finally made a purchase.. I cannot thank Debbie enough, she gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to make the decision on the specific caravan and the site that it's on. Debbie, I apologise for any frustration I caused you over this very difficult time Anyone looking to buy or sell a caravan, I cannot recommend Debbie enough,. She's a diamond and will help deal with every part of the process with a calm, enthusiastic and professional manner and I suspect you'll struggle to find a better service from any other agency. 10 out of 10 from us!!

As an independent holiday park, we have bought and sold to Caravan agency. Our customers have been advised by them and, without exception have been more than impressed by the results and value for money the caravan agency have achieved for them. We only buy high quality caravans and are happy with Debbie’s performance in providing them to us. Their business model means they can stay in contact and control all aspects of the agency process.
