• Dining area with table and 4 chairs and useful storage cupboard.
• Semi-enclosed living area for comfort with L Shaped sofa (incorporating sofa bed), separate armchair, attractive storage unit, incorporating log effect electric fire and space for TV above.
• French Doors leading to the large decked area.
• Bedroom 1 with Double Bed, storage above, Wardrobes and vanity dressing area with mirror above.
• 2 x Twin Bedrooms with wardrobe.
• Family Bathroom with shower.
• Separate additional W.C. with wash hand basin.
• Outside full wrap around deck and also parking.

• Full site fee for 2024 season £6400 (pro rata payable to the end of the season).
